These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reel Estate platform, owned and operated by Flooz Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Reel Estate service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Reel Estate

Reel Estate is an AI-powered video creation platform designed for real estate listings. Users can generate personalized property videos using uploaded images, voice recordings, and links to third-party property listing pages.

2. Eligibility

You may use Reel Estate if:

• You are 18 years or older;

• You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement;

• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We do not restrict access based on geography.

3. Account Registration

• You must sign up using Google Single Sign-On (SSO). Email login may be introduced in the future.

• Access to the Service is gated behind a mandatory monthly subscription via Stripe.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Account deletion requests must be submitted to hi@reel-estate.ai.

4. Payments and Billing

• All payments are processed via Stripe-hosted checkout pages.

• No refunds, free trials, or discount codes are offered.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

• Stripe handles all tax collection and invoicing.

5. User-Generated Content

By uploading content to create a video, you confirm that:

• You own or have rights to use the uploaded images, voice, and likeness;

• You grant Flooz Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content for:

  • Delivering the Service;

  • Marketing and promotional use across social and web platforms.

  
  

You own the final video and may distribute, reuse, or sell it as you see fit. However, we reserve the right to add watermarks or branding to videos as part of our service experience.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the Service to create or distribute illegal, harmful, misleading, hateful, pornographic, or defamatory content;

• Impersonate others without their explicit consent;

• Upload or submit content that violates third-party rights;

• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.

Although content creation is tied to public property listing URLs, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines or misuses the platform.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

All videos and scripts generated on Reel Estate are partially or fully created using AI technologies, including:

• AI voice cloning

• Lip-sync generation

• Script and visual content interpretation

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or factual integrity of any content created using AI. You acknowledge that:

• Videos may contain errors, distortions, or omissions;

• Voice or likeness representations may not be exact;

• AI content may hallucinate or misinterpret your inputs.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Reel Estate is a creative tool. It does not guarantee:

• Faster sales or rentals

• Increased inquiries

• Accuracy of marketing materials

We disclaim any responsibility for business outcomes based on the use of videos created with our Service.

9. Intellectual Property

• The platform, software, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of Flooz Inc.

• Final user-generated videos belong to the user, subject to our limited usage rights (for delivery and marketing).

• You may not copy, resell, or replicate the platform or technology used to deliver the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate any account:

• For violations of these Terms;

• For suspected abuse or illegal use;

• At our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Service or Pricing

We reserve the right to:

• Change pricing or features at any time;

• Discontinue or modify the Service without notice.

Your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Reel Estate may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Google, property listing platforms). We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for:

• Content or functionality on external platforms;

• Their terms of use or privacy policies;

• Any damage or loss resulting from third-party use.

Use third-party sites at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Flooz Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

• We do not accept liability for lost profits, data, or reputational harm;

• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

14. Binding Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

By using the Service, you agree that:

• All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Delaware, under the rules of JAMS or AAA;

• You waive any right to a jury trial or class action;

• Arbitration shall be conducted in English and decided by a single arbitrator.

You may opt out of this clause within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hi@reel-estate.ai with subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
