Flooz Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Reel Estate, an AI-powered video creation platform for real estate listings. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, tools, and services (collectively, “the Service”).

• When completing a payment: billing data via Stripe Checkout

• When creating videos: uploaded images, audio, and selfie recordings

Note: Uploaded files (images, MP3s, selfie videos) are used to generate content and may be stored temporarily as part of that process.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Device, browser, and IP address information via Google Analytics

• Usage data and interaction logs on our website

3. Use of Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve our video generation services

• Process payments securely via Stripe

• Offer customer support

• Monitor and improve platform performance

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train AI models outside of real-time generation, and we do not sell your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We share information with trusted service providers:

• Stripe: for secure payment processing

• Google Analytics: for usage tracking

• Google Cloud & Vercel: for data storage and hosting

• Chatbase (coming soon): for customer support AI

We do not disclose the AI models or providers used for content generation.

• Final generated videos are stored indefinitely unless deletion is requested.

• Raw assets (MP3s, selfie videos, image frames) are automatically deleted after 30 days.

• Stripe and Google SSO data is stored according to their respective policies.

6. International Users

We process data from users worldwide, including the EU, UK, and California.

We aim to comply with GDPR and CCPA principles and offer:
